Additional Rental Information:

  • Setup and breakdown time are included in the total rental time

  • $500 date-hold deposit is included in the package total

  • $200 refundable incidental fee applies to all bookings, this is in addition to the rental rates

  • $150/hour for each additional hour can be added to any package

  • $$$ discount for Monday–Thursday bookings

How many guests can White Vine Venue accommodate?

We comfortably host up to 120 guests for a seated dinner reception and up to 150 for a cocktail-style standing reception. For more intimate gatherings, our space works beautifully for groups as small as 40-50 guests without feeling empty.

What's included in the rental fee?

Your rental includes the venue for your contracted hours, all Chiavari chairs, round and cocktail tables, crystal chandeliers and lighting, sound system, climate control, on-site kitchenette access, free parking, and an event coordinator. You bring the catering, decorations, and entertainment and we provide the beautiful foundation.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Absolutely! One thing couples love about our venue is the flexibility to choose any licensed and insured caterer. We don't charge outside vendor fees, and our kitchenette facility supports full catering operations including warming, staging, and plating.

Is the venue available for other events besides weddings?

Yes! While we're a popular wedding venue, we also host engagement parties, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate meetings, baby showers, anniversaries, retirement parties, and other special occasions. If you're planning a business meeting or retreat, we can accommodate that too.

Do you allow alcohol at events?

Yes, you may serve alcohol at your event. We require that all alcohol service comply with Maryland state laws, and we recommend hiring a licensed bartender for larger gatherings. You're welcome to bring your own beverages or work with a catering company that provides bar services.

What's your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change. Our contracts outline our cancellation and rescheduling policies clearly. We work with couples to find solutions when unexpected situations arise, though deposits are generally non-refundable. We recommend event insurance for added protection.

Is there a decorating time included?

Yes! Your rental period includes setup time before your event and cleanup time afterward. Most couples arrive 2-3 hours before their event start time to decorate, and our team can provide guidance on the best setup flow to make decorating efficient and stress-free.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

All tables and chairs are included in your rental. We provide elegant Chiavari chairs—no need for chair covers—plus round tables (60" diameter) perfect for 8-10 guests, and cocktail tables for standing reception areas.
